Yazoo County seeks public’s help in locating wanted cyberstalker

The Yazoo County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public in locating Harold A. Thornton, who is wanted on charges of cyberstalking, according to officials.

Authorities describe Thornton as a 45-year-old white male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing around 175 pounds. He is currently at large, and law enforcement urges anyone with information to come forward.

Tips can be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 601-355-TIPS (8477) or online through their website. A reward of up to $2,500 is available for information that leads to Thornton’s arrest.

Officials emphasize that anyone caught helping Thornton evade law enforcement could face legal consequences.
