Mississippi Transportation Commissioner Willie Lee Simmons to Speak at Greenville Art Exhibit

Mississippi Transportation Commissioner Willie Lee Simmons will be the guest speaker at the unveiling of Greenville’s Bottle Tree Art Exhibit on Sept. 25. The event is hosted by the Mississippi Arts Commission and Delta Compass – WCEA.
