Mississippi Outdoors team hunts for inshore slam in Ocean Springs

The Mississippi Outdoors crew traveled to Ocean Springs on a chilly October morning for a day of inshore fishing with Jeremy Bass, Noel Bass, and Thomas Hogue.

They aimed to achieve a Mississippi Gulf Coast “Inshore Slam” — catching a speckled trout, redfish, and flounder all in the same day.

The team worked the coastal waters around Ocean Springs, targeting three different species within a single day. The challenge was to find all three fish during their limited time on the water, according to sources.
