Mississippi Delta Community College honors 2026 Student Hall of Fame class

Mississippi Delta Community College is recognizing its 2026 Student Hall of Fame this week, highlighting a different student each day. The program celebrates outstanding students across campus.

James Avery Rodgers, of Olive Branch, Mississippi, is among those honored. He is a pre-engineering major at the Moorhead campus and a member of the college’s baseball team, Honors College, Phi Theta Kappa, and Baptist Student Union.

Rodgers plans to attend Blue Mountain Christian University after graduation, where he will continue his studies and play baseball, according to college officials. The full list of the 2026 Student Hall of Fame class can be viewed on the college’s website.
