Twin County Electric donates $10K to support lineman training at MDCC

Twin County Electric Power Association has donated $10,000 to support the lineman program at the Capps Technology Center at Mississippi Delta Community College.

The contribution will be used to purchase a utility reel trailer, providing students with hands-on experience with industry-standard equipment, according to MDCC.

Three Twin County employees who participated in the visit are proud graduates of MDCC’s lineman program, the college said.

Leslie Holloway, general manager of Twin County EPA, expressed gratitude for the partnership and the opportunity to invest in the future workforce of the Delta.
