Tornado Watch in Effect for Parts of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee Until 4 a.m.

A tornado watch has been issued for parts of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee until 4 a.m. CDT Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

The watch replaces a previous tornado watch for areas that will be allowed to expire at 10 p.m. CDT. Residents in the affected regions are advised to stay alert for severe weather conditions overnight.
