Sheriff Shane Phelps and Chief Deputy Reginald Lantern Honored at Zeta Phi Beta Event

Sheriff Shane Phelps and Chief Deputy Reginald Lantern of Panola County were recognized Thursday at the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Upsilon Tau Zeta Chapter Scholarship Luncheon, according to the sheriff’s office.

The event celebrated individuals making positive impacts through service, leadership, education, business, healthcare, and community involvement. Both officials were honored alongside other community leaders and outstanding honorees.
