Sheriff Shane Phelps and Chief Deputy Reginald Lantern Honored at Zeta Phi Beta Event

Sheriff Shane Phelps and Chief Deputy Reginald Lantern of Panola County were recognized Thursday at the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Upsilon Tau Zeta Chapter Scholarship Luncheon, according to the sheriff’s office.
