Severe storms with damaging winds possible in parts of Texas on Monday

Forecasters warn that isolated severe storms capable of damaging wind gusts may develop Monday afternoon into early evening across parts of Texas. The storms are expected mainly along and north of Interstate 20, according to the National Weather Service.
