Mississippi WMA Spring Turkey Draw Results Sent Out for 2026 Season

Mississippi wildlife officials have sent out draw hunt notifications for the 2026 Spring Turkey Season on wildlife management areas (WMAs).

Hunters are advised to check their email used during application to see if they were selected. They can also verify their status through their profile on the state’s licensing system.

Those who are drawn or plan to hunt turkeys are reminded to purchase any necessary licenses, including the new Wild Turkey Stamp, before heading into the woods. Officials encourage hunters to prepare accordingly for the upcoming season.
