Mississippi Trapper Harvest Survey Envelopes Sent Out for 2025-2026

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks has started mailing the 2025-2026 Trapper Harvest Survey to licensed trappers across the state, officials announced.

Trappers are instructed to complete the survey and return it in the prepaid postage envelope provided. The deadline to submit the survey is May 1, 2026.

According to state regulations, failure to complete and return the survey may result in denial of a trapping license the following year, per Title 40, Mississippi Administrative Code, Part 2, Rule 6.1.
