Mississippi quail hunt becomes memorable outing for hunters and dogs

A group from Mississippi Outdoors traveled to Clay County for a quail hunt at Prairie Wildlife. They used three experienced flush dogs to hunt over coveys of quail.

As the birds rose and broke cover, hunters discussed their bond with their dogs and the trust needed for successful hunting. The team also harvested a pheasant and a banded quail during the outing.
