Mississippi Delta Community College hosts 2026 Brain Bowl in Moorhead

Mississippi Delta Community College hosted the Sunflower County Consolidated School District’s 2026 Brain Bowl at its Moorhead campus in the J.T. Hall Coliseum.

Students from across the district participated in the competition, which focused on academic knowledge, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, according to a college spokesperson.

College officials expressed appreciation to SCCSD for selecting MDCC as the event venue and welcomed the bright students to campus for a day of learning and competition.

The Brain Bowl is an annual event that encourages academic excellence among district students, fostering a spirit of friendly competition and intellectual growth.
