Mississippi Delta Community College celebrates career-technical students’ certification success

Mississippi Delta Community College celebrated a significant achievement among its career-technical education freshmen this spring. All students in these programs completed the National Career Readiness Certificate assessment, also known as ACT WorkKeys.

Four students earned the Platinum level, the highest possible score on the assessment. To honor their success, the college presented each with a bookstore gift certificate.

The students recognized are Owen Grey, Korbin Davis, Thaxton Fratesi, and Orlando Jones, although Jones was not pictured in the announcement. College officials congratulated all participants on their accomplishment, emphasizing the importance of career-readiness certifications in their educational and professional development.
