Mississippi Archery Season Begins October 15

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks is reminding hunters to enjoy a safe and fun archery season. The Southeast Unit Archery Season opens Oct. 15, according to the department.

Officials encourage hunters to find a wildlife management area near them to hunt. More information about WMAs is available on the department’s website.

The department also wishes all hunters a successful and safe season afield.
