MDCC marks 100 years with centennial celebration

Mississippi Delta Community College will host its centennial celebration on Wednesday to mark 100 years of service. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Vandiver Student Union.

Organizers said the celebration will include food, music, and a raffle with prizes. The college invites alumni, students, staff, and community members to join in the festivities.

College officials said the event aims to honor a century of memories and achievements, emphasizing the institution’s ongoing mission of community impact. The theme for the celebration is “Forward Together.”
