Hinds County Sheriff’s Office thanks community for National Night Out participation

The Hinds County Sheriff’s Office thanked residents and organizations for their participation in last night’s National Night Out event. The department commended the community for their support and engagement, which help make the county safer.

HCSO teams traveled from Utica to Byram and North Jackson, visiting neighborhoods, businesses, and faith-based communities. The outreach aimed to strengthen connections across the county, according to the sheriff’s office.

The department said the event reflects its ongoing efforts to build trust, improve relationships, and work closely with the residents it serves.
