Hinds County Sheriff’s Office honors employees at quarterly awards ceremony
The Hinds County Sheriff’s Office held its quarterly awards ceremony Wednesday morning to honor employees for their dedication and service. The event was attended by family members, friends, and colleagues.
During the ceremony, team members who reached 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service were recognized for their ongoing commitment to the department and the community. Recent promotions, including new corporals, lieutenants, and a captain, were also announced.
Both sworn officers and civilian employees received awards for exceptional performance. The program was led in prayer by Elder Kevin Ware, a department chaplain, according to a news release from the Hinds County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials extended congratulations to all honorees and expressed appreciation for their professionalism and service. The department issued a statement thanking staff for their ongoing dedication.
