Greenville’s Historic Yard of the Month is a 1933 Spanish Revival estate

Lacey and William Brozovich’s home in Greenville, Mississippi, was named Historic Greenville’s November Yard of the Month, according to a post by WCEA.

The Spanish Revival estate was built in 1933 for banker Erastus M. Burton. The post describes it as one of four homes marking the directions of the Historic Gamwyn Park neighborhood.

The home faces the Historic Gamwyn Park Amphitheater and a vista built in 1935 as a neighborhood amenity for children’s plays. The estate is for sale, the post said.
