Greenville Highlights Black History Month During Fact Series
The city of Greenville is marking Black History Month with a series of facts that highlight influential leaders, trailblazers, and historic moments. The effort aims to celebrate the contributions that have shaped the nation, the world, and the local community.
Mayor Errick D. Simmons emphasized the significance of the observance. “Black history is American history. Black history is world history. It belongs to all of us, and everyone should join in the celebration,” he said.
