Fall Youth Squirrel Season Starts September 24

The fall youth squirrel hunting season begins Sunday, September 24, according to state wildlife officials.

Wildlife agencies encourage adults to teach young hunters about safety and responsible hunting practices. Since youth tend to imitate what they see and hear, adults are urged to set a good example.
