Dry Tonight in Mississippi, Slight Chance of Showers Thursday
Dry weather is expected across Mississippi tonight, with patchy fog possible in southeastern areas through dawn, according to the National Weather Service in Jackson.
Low temperatures will be above average, ranging from the mid to upper 50s east of Interstate 55 to the low 60s along and west of the interstate.
Thursday could bring a few light rain showers or isolated thunderstorms, primarily in northeast Louisiana and southwest Mississippi. High temperatures are forecast to remain above seasonal norms, reaching the low to mid 80s, about 4 to 8 degrees warmer than usual.
