Washington County Economic Alliance to Host 2026 Annual Meeting in Greenville

The Washington County Economic Alliance, Delta Compass, and the Chamber of Commerce are hosting their 2026 Annual Meeting and Banquet on Thursday, April 16, at the E.E. Bass Cultural Arts Center in downtown Greenville, Mississippi.

The event begins at 5 p.m. with a cocktail hour featuring business showcases, a Delta Ducky Hunt, a silent auction, an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and live entertainment from Michael Dennis and the Big Time Rhythm and Blues Band. At 6:30 p.m., attendees will be served a buffet dinner with dishes including smothered lamb chops, baked chicken, macaroni, wild rice, garlic potatoes, and a salad bar, provided by It’s Annie’s.

An awards ceremony will follow the dinner, recognizing individuals in categories such as Businessman of the Year, Businesswoman of the Year, Chamber Member of the Year, Cary Karlson Board Member of the Year Award, Larry Cazavan Leadership Award, and Volunteer of the Year. The event is the primary fundraising activity for the organizations, supporting efforts to attract industry, develop a skilled workforce, foster small business growth, and enhance quality of life in Washington County.

Attendees are encouraged to dress in white linen, the designated attire for the evening. Tickets are $65 each, with sponsorships starting at $250. Reservations can be made through the organizations’ websites or by contacting staff. Sponsorships are recommended to be submitted by April 1, as seating is limited.
