Tunica Humane Society and Deputies Assist Amid Worsening Winter Road Conditions

Deputies in Tunica County are working amid worsening winter weather and deteriorating road conditions, according to authorities.

Travel has become increasingly dangerous, but officials note that some travel is necessary. Among those assisting is Mrs. Sandy from the Tunica Humane Society, along with animal control officers.

Captain Barry Collins also participated in efforts to provide aid during the winter storm, officials said. No injuries or specific incidents were reported in connection with the assistance.
