Mississippi Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Hiring for Multiple Positions

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is currently hiring for several positions, according to a news release.

Open roles include an assistant park manager at Clarkco State Park, responsible for administrative and supervisory tasks, and overseeing park operations and work crews. A park manager position at George Cossar State Park involves similar duties, with a focus on policy development and program planning.

The department is also hiring wildlife biologists. The South Central WMA Biologist position is statewide and oversees multiple wildlife management areas, including Old River, Wolf River, Leaf River, Theodore Mars, Little Biloxi, and Marion County WMAs. An assistant wildlife biologist position is available for the Southwest Wildlife Management Areas.
