Louisiana man missing since December, authorities seek public’s help

The East Carroll Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man. Carlton Keyon Osborn, 43, has been missing since Dec. 23, 2025, according to authorities.

Osborn is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds. He was last seen driving a gray or blue Toyota Camry with the license plate number 944 EIT.
