Greenville mayor thanks community partners for aid in Glen Allan

Mayor Errick D. Simmons of Greenville thanked the Greenville Fire Department, Walmart Greenville on Highway 1 South, Carlos Brothers, and other community partners for delivering food, soup, water, and pastries to residents of Glen Allan.

In a statement, Simmons said, “Although it’s cold with ice on the ground, we will lift up the spirits of our neighbors to make their storm a little sweeter and a little warmer. Glen Allan, Greenville is on the way.”

The mayor emphasized the ongoing efforts to support residents during the winter storm. The community response aims to provide relief and comfort amid challenging weather conditions.
