Greenville Continues Black History Month Facts Series

The City of Greenville is commemorating Black History Month with a series of facts highlighting influential leaders, trailblazers, and key moments that have shaped history. The series aims to celebrate Black excellence, resilience, and achievement.

Mayor Errick D. Simmons emphasized the importance of recognizing Black history, stating, “Black history is American history. Black history is world history. It belongs to all of us, and everyone should join in the celebration.”
