Greenville completes street upgrades at Margaret and Helen Streets

Greenville, Miss. — Crews in Greenville are nearing the completion of a street improvement project at the intersection of Margaret and Helen Streets, according to city officials.

Workers are currently pouring concrete for new curbs and gutters as part of the upgrades. The project aims to improve drainage, safety, and the neighborhood’s appearance, the city said.

Mayor Errick D. Simmons credited the Public Works team for their efforts. “Thank you to our Public Works team for their continued dedication to improving Greenville, one street at a time,” he said.

The city promotes its ongoing efforts under the “Fix The Streets Friday” initiative to enhance infrastructure across Greenville.
