Dense fog advisory issued for the Delta region

A dense fog advisory is in effect for the entire Delta region starting at 9 p.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.

Fog is expected to develop around 7 p.m., reducing visibility significantly in some areas. Drivers are urged to exercise extreme caution as travel conditions may become hazardous.

Motorists are advised to slow down, use headlights, and allow extra time for their commute. The advisory remains in effect until further notice.
