Coahoma County warns of dangerous road conditions amid winter storm

The Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office issued a warning Tuesday as road conditions continue to deteriorate amid a winter storm. Authorities said additional ice and snow have made travel extremely hazardous since yesterday.

Officials noted that even four-wheel-drive vehicles may struggle to navigate the icy roads. They strongly advised residents to stay off the roads unless travel is absolutely necessary for emergencies.
