Cleveland urges residents to donate peanut butter before Friday deadline

Cleveland officials are encouraging residents to donate jars of peanut butter for the March of the Mayors food drive. The deadline to drop off 16-ounce jars is Friday, February 27.

Donations can be made at several locations, including City Hall, the Cleveland Police Department, the Train Museum, the Grammy Museum, the Cleveland Library, and the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce, according to organizers.

A packing party is scheduled for Monday, March 2, at 9 a.m., to prepare the donations for distribution. The effort aims to combat hunger in the Cleveland community this year, officials said.
