Annual Bill Lipscomb Memorial Rodeo Set for Saturday in Batesville

The annual Bill Lipscomb Memorial Rodeo is scheduled for Saturday at the Batesville Civic Center, with shows at 1 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., according to event organizers.
