Alumni and Student Achieve Success at FBLA State Conference
Two students affiliated with local schools earned recognition at the 72nd Mississippi Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) State Leadership Conference at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Joshua Duffin, a college intern at Planters Bank in Indianola, represented the Mississippi Delta Community College FBLA Chapter. He served as the state vice president and was named to Who’s Who for 2025. Duffin placed first in both Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurial Pitch, competing with a teammate.
Caleb Johnson, also an intern at Planters Bank in Cleveland, represented Delta State University’s FBLA Chapter. He won first place in Organizational Behavior and Leadership, and his team finished second in Business Presentation. Both students were praised for their leadership and success, according to their schools.
